improvements and fixes

Hey its been a while, so i decided to make some changes before the year ends

the anamorphic lense flares in the house has now been diffused to not blind the player when close up to a wall in the dark

the player's weapon sprites now receive lighting from the ingame world instead of being images overlaying the view

the enemies have now been made faster and do more damage and the health will only heal for 1 bit of health

the player can now slide

the player can now go up stairs normally and won't slide down slowly when standing still on the stairs

the player's flashlight will constantly be on instead of turning off during certain sections
